A stainless steel medium duty automatic threshold (door bottom) seal, which is spring-loaded. The seal is lifted clear of the floor as soon as the door is opened by a few millimetres - resulting in exceptionally low door operating forces.

- Single leaf, single swing doors.

- Stainless steel perimeter seals IS7030S si or IS7040S si
- Stainless steel threshold plates IS4050S, IS4055S, IS4060S or IS4065S
