Many fire resistant doors are installed in hotel rooms, apartments and other multiple occupancy buildings - which often means that additional safety and security features are required, such as door viewers and letterplates. Any penetration in a fire-rated door, however, can compromise the door's fire & smoke performance - so it is important that any products fitted have been tested and proven to be suitable for use in a fire rated door.
To overcome these problems Lorient can supply:
