Welcome to our help section, here you'll find some useful guidance on how to use the different tools within our Acoustic Search.
dB Search
A comprehensive search which allows you to search by a number of variables:
- dB range
- Fire door rating
- Door blank / manufacturer
- Door configuration
- Vision panel
- Door thickness
You can select one, all, or a combination of the choices above to filter your search.
Top tip – click on the 'results' button at any time during the selection process to reveal all available results.
Product Search
Enables you to search for solutions by product.
Top tip - use the filter by category button to narrow your search.
Door Blank / Manufacturer
Search from a list of door blank/manufacturers.
Top tip - you don't just have to select one!
Report ID
Know which report you're looking for? Simply add the ID and click 'show results'.
Results
Once in the results area, you have the ability to view and download test reports, print and share solutions and save results. Simply login or register to the Lorient customer area and unlock the ability to save test reports using the favourite button. Click the 'view info' button to show the products used and the downloads available.
Important note: Test data is for guidance on acoustic performance only. Please refer to the fire test evidence on the particular door core to ensure the correct intumescent fire seals and fire rated glass are fitted for FD30 and FD60 applications.
