WE'RE OPEN FOR BUSINESS
The Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, addressed the nation on Saturday evening (31st October 2020), to announce the further lockdown set to run from Thursday 5th November through to Wednesday 2nd December in response to the rapid increase in coronavirus cases across the country, to protect our NHS and save lives.
During the Prime Minister’s statement, he encouraged construction sites to remain open and manufacturing to continue during the new period of restrictions. Earlier this year we implemented many changes to our production facility and working practices to meet the Government’s ‘COVID-19 Secure’ guidelines; and we maintain these rigorous controls to this day.
We are therefore pleased to confirm our manufacturing and testing facilities remain fully operational and it’s very much business as usual at Lorient!
